Construction Management

There are often misconceptions about the differences between a contractor and a construction manager. They both have similar tasks and duties, but differ in their assignments. A contractor is in charge of organizing schedules and executing projects in a timely manner. Constructions managers essentially represent the owner; they communicate with the contractors and engineers to make sure the project is according to plan. If there are any issues involved with the project, the construction manager resolves it.
